This is 1 point elective session is focussed on the basics of Commercial Tenancies (Retail Shops) Agreements Act – presented as an intro for residential salespeople.
When selling commercial property there is an additional layer of knowledge required, specifically in relation to any existing or future lease on the property and the impact and relevance of the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Act 1985 on the sale.
