Description
This 2 point elective session takes you step-by-step through the basics of property management, examining the legislation behind the day-to-day operations of residential rental properties in a Western Australian context. This session would be ideal for anyone wishing to know more about property management (sales reps and agents) as well as for property managers looking to improve their knowledge. The companion course on the Prescribed Lease is recommended for anyone looking to get the full picture. Each year real estate practitioners registered or licensed in WA must complete 7 elective CPD points in addition to their 3 point Mandatory session. On successfully completing this module you will earn 2 CPD points toward your elective requirement.
