This session aims to increase your knowledge of legislation and compliance issues in the use of real estate trust accounts in WA. We’ll look at:
- Real Estate and business agents Act and Code of Conduct– Requirements and obligations in operating a trust account, banking and receipting of third party funds.
- DMIRS requirements in regard to operating a trust account and appointing an auditor
All aimed at increasing your knowledge regarding legislative or compliance-based considerations influencing the practice of trust account activities in WA real estate industry
Course will encourage you to understand legislative requirements and so reduce risk for both yourself, your agency and your customers.
