Facilities Management- this session will take a practical look at the role of a facilities manager under the following headings:
- • KPIs – how to know if you are doing a good job
- • Safety – hazards, risks, fire, electrical etc
- • Security -physical, locks, cctv and more
- • Tenant comfort including lifts, toilets, lobby and carpark
- • Maintenance and replacement including aesthetics
This session is will focus on the various risks that can be minimised and mitigated in a commercial environment through effective and efficient facilities management. This session also serves as an introduction to the discipline of Facilities Management for those looking to broaden their knowledge or expand into a new role
