This 2 point session focuses on town planning and zoning. The session will investigate the planning system, specifically in relation to commercial property, explain where agents and reps can get information for their clients about town planning and the development application process and identify and discuss the differences between a local council approval/rejection versus WA Planning – Development WA.
We will consider the in’s and out’s of redevelopments, what we need to look out for and what makes them viable, including a case study to demonstrate the practicalities.
