An introduction to the principles of risk management in a real estate context in WA.
This session will introduce the concept of risk management as a business priority. You will learn how to identify, assess, prioritise and treat your business and personal risks.  Watch this session and amaze your colleagues and, more importantly, learn techniques to help reduce your risk exposure! Each year real estate practitioners registered or licensed in WA must complete 7 elective CPD points in addition to their 3 point Mandatory session. On successfully completing this module you will earn 1.5 points toward your elective requirement.
