This 1 point elective session looks at a new National Scheme which commenced on 1st June 2022 called Automatic Mutual Recognition.
We will consider the history of National Licensing and how it relates to the ongoing existence of the Mutual Recognition Act 1992. We will review the DMIRS Notice of Intent to Operate in WA form.
This session includes a number of scenarios to contextualise the new scheme.
This session looks at the risk that an individual agent , sales rep or property manager faces using or employing a person under AMR and how to minimise and mitigate the risks.
We will look at AMR in the context of:
- Real Estate and Business Agents Act.
- Code of Conduct
