I’ve purchased online CPD, but I can’t see my purchased sessions in My Courses

Sometimes your realplace account needs to be refreshed, try logging out of your account and then back into it. This should resolve this problem.

Can I use AMEX to purchase online courses?

Unfortunately we only support VISA and MasterCard at this time.

I’ve purchased one session, how do I purchase more?

Once you’ve made your first purchase, you can simply head back to the online store at any time to make additional purchases. All of your information will be automatically filled in, making the checkout process easier.

I’m experiencing problems with a video or assessment / My assessment isn’t starting

For best results, we recommend using either Firefox or Chrome as your web browser. We’ve extensively tested our online courses with other browsers, but can’t guarantee the best experience on any additional browser.

On iPhone, safari also works fine.

I’ve completed my session, what now?

All online CPD sessions will automatically issue you with a certificate of completion, we will also inform the Department of Mines, Industry regulation and Safety on your behalf to let them know about your completion.
